I do not ride, I am a leather fiend who wonders where the quality went! I have a Berman's that I bought 28 years ago that I still wear sometimes. I also have a Vanson cafe race, a Fox Creek Classic Moto and Fox Creek Braid and Dime Vest. I just won an auction for an oxblood Fidelity racer that appears to be in beautiful condition. I'm still seeking a vintage Vanson and a Brooks. My friends are all hung up on Balenciaga Motos. I always try to buy USA or Canada. I LOVE Roots (Canada) handbags! Roots has wonderful, wonderful leather. But I'm sure you know all about Roots, being that Himel Bros. Leather is in Canada too! Sorry to ramble, I'm just sooo passionate about leather jackets. Off to ebay for my daily search! Thanks for a great blog! They made custom leathers for my dad for decades and I too am a proud owner of a Langlitz jacket. The custom fit and quality is second to none. The customer service they provide and the values the company holds themselves to as well are second to none. You can pay for the quality of a Langlitz jacket that will last you a lifetime or you can buy several cheaper jackets over time. These jackets only get better with time as well.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8882700271785733320.post-55723347638731790302009-12-20T22:36:19.516-05:002009-12-20T22:36:19.516-05:00Hello David,

I noticed in on e of your blogs you were trying to come up with a logo or rather a branding for your new leather jacket line. You are spot on in that the Tag needs to be very simple and I'd be more than willing to help you out with designs if you'd like. You can see my work at my facebook page. For links and invites to my facebook I can be contacted via e-mail @ mbdougan@gmail.com. <br /><br />By the way, I have an old 1940's horsehide jacket with no branding tag, it has red flannel lining and I need help on identifying the brand. The jacket is in very good condition except the shoulder epulets were removed, and one of the seams is coming loose under the left armpit, otherwise a very cool jacket and I do wear it. If I sent you some pic.'s could you possibly help me to try to identify the brand. <br /><br />Thanks for your time..<br /><br />Sincerely, Matt DouganAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8882700271785733320.post-11139763109142385182009-11-03T15:29:17.280-05:002009-11-03T15:29:17.280-05:00Hello
